Arrival and Departure Schedule by Grades:
Third and Fourth Grade: 5:00pm to 6:15pm
Fifth Grade: 6:30pm to 7:45pm
Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Grades: 7:45pm to 9:00pm

2012-2013 Dates and Season Events - Wednesday Evenings ~ Dinner is served each evening to the Cotillion students at all grade levels.
Wednesday, October 10, 2012 ~ Welcome to the Gollatz Cotillion ~ The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with instruction in dance and dining etiquette. Dinner will be served to each Cotillion student in a party atmosphere and correct Cotillion attire is required.
Wednesday, November 7, 2012 ~ How to be a Guest, Thank You Notes & DIning Skills ~The evening will include a plated dinner and daning along with our social skills. Correct Cotillion attire is required.

Wednesday, November 28, 2012 ~ Cell Phone Etiquette, Facebook, Texting, Respecting Privacy, Dress to Impress and Neckties ~ The Cotillion evening will focus on dining skills, cell phone usage, texting, Facebook, neckties and fun dances. Dinner will be served to each Cotillion student, correct Cotillion attire is required.

Wednesday, January 23, 2013 ~ Table Manners ~ The Cotillion evening will focus on the table setting and wher items are located at the table. Correct cutting using a fork and knife will be instructed along wioth dancing. Dinner will be served to each Cotillion student, correct Cotillion attire is required.
Wednesday, February 13, 2013 ~ Family Night ~ Intended for the participation of all family members, including younger siblings. Family members will enjoy the evening with their Cotillion student, refreshments will be served

The family does not need to be a member of the country club to participate in the Gollatz Cotillion program.
