The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with instruction in dance and dining etiquette. The dInner served to the Cotillion student will be: london broil slices, potatoes, vegetables and dessert. Correct Cotillion is required. |

Wear a mask so your friends will not know it's you! Dress Code: The boys do not need to wear their coat and neck tie, dress pants, dress shirt and Cotillion shoes are required. The girls must wear a dress or skirt and their Cotillion shoes. The dInner served to the Cotillion student will be a "box" idea with sandwiches, fruit, chips and dessert. |

Monday, February 4, 2013 ~ Refining the Dining Skills |

The Cotillion evening will focus on dining skills and the table setting with fun dances integrated in the evening, The dInner served to each Cotillion student will be: chicken pineapple skewers, garlic bread and desserts. Correct Cotillion attire is required. |

Monday, February 25, 2013 ~ Family Night |

The Cotillion evening is intended for the participation of the entire family, including siblings with a light refreshment served to everyone! |
 |
Families and friends are always welcome to stay and observe the fun! The dress code for anyone that remains to observe will be business casual- NO levis, blue jeans or sweats as everyone is an example. A coffee/tea station will be available for the parents and a quite homework room set aside for siblings. |
