Monday, October 15, 2012 - Welcome to the Gollatz Cotillion
~ The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with instruction in
dance and dining etiquette. Refreshments will be served to
each Cotillion student in a party atmosphere. Correct Cotillion attire is required. |

Monday, November 5, 2012 - How to be a Guest, Thank You Notes & DIning Skills ~ The Cotillion evening will
offer dining skills with dinner served to each Cotillion student.
Dinner will be served to each Cotillion student. Correct Cotillion attire is required. |

Monday, January 14, 2013 ~ The Family Night
~ The Cotillion is intended for the participation of all family members
including younger siblings. The Family will enjoy the
evening with their Cotillion student, refreshments will be
served. |

Monday, February 11, 2013 - Table Manners, Cell Phone Etiquette & Respecting Privacy ~ The evening will focus on the table setting and where items are located at the table. Dinner
will be served to the Cotillion student, correct Cotillion attire is required. |

Monday, March 11, 2013 - Jersey Sport Night ~ Wear your favorite sport jersey. The boys are not required to wear a blazer or sport
coat, the jersey may be worn over the Cotillion shirt. The girls are expected to wear some type of dress or
skirt, jersey may be worn over. Refreshments will be served. |

Our Promise: The Gollatz Cotillion
will ONLY accept 25 boys and 25 girls per grade combination.
Our belief is a smaller Cotillion class size meets a child's
needs and development , an overcrowded room minimizes the attention
your child deserves. The Gollatz Cotillion is celebrating 80 years in 2012!
