Arrival and Departure Schedule by Grade:
Third and Fourth Grade:5:15pm to 6:15pm
Fifth Grade: 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Grade: 7:45pm to 8:45pm

Friday, October 1, 2010 Welcome Everyone!
  The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with instruction in children's dance and dining etiquette. Refreshments will be served to each Cotillion student in a party atmosphere.
Friday, October 29, 2010 Social Skills, Grooming , Poise and Dining Skills
  The Cotillion evening will include the instruction on how to tie a necktie for the boys and the girls will receive instruction on sitting, poise and posture. Dinner will be served to each Cotillion student.
Friday, November 19, 2010 Refining the Dining Skills and More!
  The Cotillion evening will focus on dining skills with a discussion on dress attire, appropriate cell phone usage and texting, dinner will be served.
Friday, January 7, 2011- Family Night
  Intended for the participation of all family members, including siblings. The family will enjoy the eveningwith their Cotillion student, refreshments will be served.
Friday, February 4, 2011- Pizza Night
  The Cotillion will be reviewing social and dining skiils, pizza and other goodies will be served.
Friday, February 25, 2011 Dress as Your Favorite Sport- A Theme Evening
  What an enjoyable way to conclude the Cotillion season with an array of fun dances and a review of manners and social skills which were instructed throughout the year, refreshments will be served.

The Young and Polite Dining Class: For children in kindergarten through second grade

  Young and Polite Encourages basic dining skills, dining etiquette and children’s manners.
The Young and Polite dining manners class will expose a young child to a variety of simple dining skills in a country club setting. Each child will be served a multi-course dinner with instruction on what is finger foods and what is not!. A standard of social skills, manners and behavior is expected. Parents are encouraged to attend and observe the class. In fact, many parents say they have learned social skills or children’s dinning etiquette by watching!

Dress code for the evening
  Dress code for the evening is considered country club attire, no blue jeans. The young girls may wear a simple dress or pant outfit and young boys may wear casual pants, sport shirt and necktie. A blazer for this special evening is not required.
