Arrival and Departure Schedule by Grades:

	Third and Fourth Grade: 5:30pm to 6:30pm
	Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Grade: 6:45pm to 7:45pm
	***** A family does NOT need to be a member of the country club to join the Cotillion. *******

2012 - 2013 Schedule of Events:

	Thursday, October 11, 2012 ~ Welcome Everyone! The Gollatz Cotillion commences with instruction in dance and dining etiquette, a light refreshment will be served.
	Thursday, November 8, 2012 ~Dining Skills and Necktie Night ~ The Cotillion instruction will include dancing, manners and a lesson on how to tie necktie. A light refreshment will be served.
	**Wednesday, December 5, 2012 ~ Family Night ~Intended for the participation of all family members, including young siblings.The family will enjoy the special evening with their Cotillion student, a light refreshment will be served.
	Thursday, January 24, 2013 ~ Refining the Dining Skills ~ The evening will focus on dining skills and will include a few dances, a light refreshment will be served.
	Thursday, February 28, 2013 ~ The Grand Gala / Dinner Dance ~A plated dinner will be served to each Cotillion student with important dining instruction. Note different times: 3rd and 4th grade: 6:00pm to 7:00pm *** 5th, 6th 7th and 8th grade: 7:30pm to 8:30pm
	Parents and siblings are always welcome to stay and observe the Cotillion class however, anyone staying to observe or just simply walking into the club to "drop-off" their child must observe the strict dress code policy: No denim of any type or color, no shorts and ALL shirts must have a collar, anyone who does not observe the dress code will be asked to leave.
