Arrival and Departure Schedule by Grade:
Third and Fourth Grade: 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Fifth and Sixth Grade: 6:15pm tp 7:15pm
Seventh and Eighth Grade: Will be hosted at the Marbella Country Club, San Juan Capistrano

Wednesday, November 17, 2010 Welcome Everyone!
  The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with instruction in children's dance and dining etiquette, refreshments will be served to each Cotillion student in a party atmosphere.
Wednesday, December 8, 2010 Family Night
  Intended for the participation of family members, including siblings. The extended family will enjoy the evening with their Cotillion student, refreshments will be served.
Wednesday, January 12, 2011 Social Skills, Grooming, Poise and Dining Skills (Dinner Served)
  The Cotilliomn evening will focus on dingin skills with dinner served to each Cotillion student. Included in the evening will be instruction on how to tie a necktie for the boys and for the girls a lesson on sitting, poise and posture.
Wednesday, February 9, 2011 Refiining the Dining Skills (Dinner Served)
  The Cotillion evening will focus on dining skills and will include a discussion on dress attire, appropriate cell phone usage and texting. Dinner will be served to each Cotillion student.
Wednesday, March 23, 2011 Dress as Your Favorite Sport- A Theme Evening
  What an enjoyable way to concluded the Cotillion season with an array of fun dances and a review of all the manners and social skills instructed, ice cream will be served.
 
  A cash bar with snack service is located in the facility for the families.
