San Juan Capistrano Cotillion

Dates and Season Events: 2012-2013: We are moving to The San Juan Hills Golf Club, just down the street.
why? Larger facility, family friendly, plenty of free parking, families may sit in the "pub" area for homework or a quick bite to eat, we can return to Thursday evenings ( exception February), and the plated and buffet dinners served will be large in size and a complete dinner. We hope you will enjoy the change :)

Arrival and Departure Schedule by Grades:

	Third and Fourth Grade: 5:30pm to 6:30pm
	Fifth and Sixth Grade: 6:45pm to 7:45pm
	Seventh and Eighth Grade: 7:45pm to 8:45pm

2012 - 2013 Dates and Season Events - Including 2 Nights of Dining:

	Thursday , October 4, 2012 ~ Welcome Everyone!
	The Gollatz Cotillion will commence with instruction in children's dance class and dining etiquette. Yummy chocolate cake and beverages will be served to each Cotillion student in a party atmosphere. Do not like chocolate cake? Just let us know.
	Thursday, November 1, 2012 ~ How to be a terrific guest, Thank You Notes, and Dining Skills~
	A plated dinner will be served to each Cotillion student. The dinner served will be: salad, chicken florentine, vegetables, dinner rolls and chef's choice for desert.
	Thursday, January 17, 2013 ~ Cell phone Etiquette, Respecting Peoples Privacy and Dress to Impress~
	The Cotillion instruction will include a discussion on correct dress attire, cell phone usage and texting along with fun dances . Delicious sundaes will be served to the Cotillion students.
	***Wednesday, February 6, 2013 ~ Table Manners ~
	The Cotillion evening will once again focus on dining skills and a complete buffet dinner will be served to the Cotillion student. The Dinner served will be: salad, penne pasta with alfredo and marinara sauces, dinner roll and chef's choice for desert.
	Thursday March 21, 2013 ~ Family Night ~
	Intended for the participation of the entire family including siblings. The family will enjoy the evening with their Cotillion student, refreshments will be served and a coffee and tea station will be provided for the parents
	The family does not need to be a member of the club to participate in the Gollatz Cotillion program. A cash bar is provided for the families and dinner may be purchased at the "pub" without and pre-reservation.
